Hospital RN turnover was 17.6% in 2025, and each staff RN who leaves costs a hospital about $60,090. Source: 2026 NSI National Health Care Retention & RN Staffing Report, as reported by Becker's Hospital Review, Apr 22, 2026. Meeting before hiring, and matching how someone wants to be managed against how the manager manages, is aimed at exactly that.

How it works in healthcare

Licenses that count right away

An RN, LVN, PT, respiratory care, radiologic, dental hygiene, EMT or paramedic license entered with its number counts for matching at once, as self-reported. A multistate RN or LVN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact state counts in Texas. Verification (nursing through Nursys; in Texas also the Medical Board, DSHS and others) adds a badge. BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR and nurse aide registry listings can be verified too. The number is never shown.

Credential checks after an offer

Employers can ask for a background check only after an offer, only if you accept, and only where the law allows. It runs through Checkr and the employer pays (Basic $49.99, Essential $79.99, Complete $114.99). Licenses the law requires are the only hard filter.

Matched on your shifts

Days, evenings, nights or rotating; 8s, 10s or 3 x 12s; weekends; PRN or per diem; on-call. Say "only these" and nothing else matches. Pay is compared over the real hours, with night and weekend differentials, and meetup times are offered around your shift.

Meet around shifts

A short facility tour or a coffee near the facility, before or after a shift. One short activity at the table, then a real conversation.

No health questions, ever

The app isn't a health record. It never asks about your health or any disability, and nothing in it asks about patients. Accommodation taps for a meetup are stored without a reason.

Mentoring and peers

A charge nurse and a new grad. A tech headed for a degree program. Two clinic managers across town comparing notes. Free, and in person.

Trade partners and circles

Home health, clinics, senior living, therapy practices and medical equipment suppliers send each other referrals. You pick your main client from a healthcare list and where you work, across town or the region, and two people in the same work only match when they serve different markets. Referral circles hold one seat per profession, so you're never in a room with a competitor.

Project and contract work. Locum, per diem and contract assignments with a set scope can run as project work; staff roles are posted as jobs. How project work runs

Questions

Is it for contract, PRN and travel roles?

Contract and PRN / per diem are schedule choices, so those jobs match like any other. Locum or PRN coverage, travel contracts, credentialing and EHR projects with a set scope can run as project work at $2,500 and up.

Do you run drug tests or physicals?

Drug tests, physicals and registry checks are part of the employer's own hiring process after an offer. The app doesn't run or store them.

Do I have to verify my license?

No. Entered with its number, it counts. Verification ($29.99) is optional and adds a "Verified" badge.

Will my current hospital find out?

Not from us. Profiles can't be browsed, and you can block your employer by name, including every manager there.
