For the side that needs work done

Post the work. Meet one doer who can actually take it.

No bidding war and no stack of proposals. Each listing sees one matched doer at a time, whose rate, capacity and dates fit what you posted.

Free to join. In your browser, on iPhone and on Android.

Example screen, simplified from the app.

How it works

  1. Describe the work

The role family, the skills and tools with how much each matters (must have, strong wish, nice to have, can train, not needed), dates, project type and size, and location.

  2. Set your offer

The contract value you post is the price you're offering. It's never shown to the other side; it's matched against their rate. The minimum is $2,500.

  3. Name what's required

Licenses, insurance and bonding on the same five levels. Crew size, if it matters.

  4. Add a card

A card on file is needed to publish. Nothing is charged yet.

  5. Meet, then award

A site walk, a plan review or a coffee. If it's a fit, either side reports "Awarded" and the other confirms. That's when the fee is charged.

The project fee

Flat, by the contract value you post. Charged only when the work is awarded and the other side confirms.

ItemFee, paid by the hiring side
$2,500 to $9,999$99
$10,000 to $49,999$249
$50,000 to $249,999$499
$250,000 to $999,999$999
$1 million and up$1,999

Free for repeat projects between the same two parties. Refunded if the project is cancelled before work starts. Doers never pay.

Good to know

Charged only on award

No fee to post, to match or to meet. The fee is charged once, when the award is confirmed by both sides.

Repeat work is free

Hire the same doer again and there's no fee.

Questions

Do I need a card to post?

Yes, a card on file is needed to publish a project listing. Nothing is charged until the work is awarded and the other side confirms.

What if we already worked together?

Repeat projects between the same two parties are free: any earlier project match where you both said Meet counts.

Can I require insurance or bonding?

Yes. Licenses, insurance and bonding each take one of five levels, from "Required by law or license" or "Must have" down to "Not needed". Required ones are checked before you see a card.

What if the project falls through?

If it's cancelled before work starts, the fee is refunded.

Post a project for free.

You pay only when it's awarded, and repeat work with the same doer is free.
