What we publish, and what we don't
We explain what the matching looks at and why, in plain language, on these pages. We don't publish the weights, formulas or cut-offs. Anything published precisely becomes something people optimize for, and the point is to reward how you actually work.
What we do promise: no protected trait, age, gender or photo is ever read by the matching, nobody can pay to rank higher, and every update is tested for fairness by group before it goes live. How we test it
