Yes. Pick days, evenings, nights or rotating, 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts, 3 x 12s, weekends, PRN or per diem, on-call, a 2-2-3 or continental rotation, or a 7/7, 14/14 or 21/7 hitch. Say "only these" and nothing else matches; otherwise a stretch just ranks lower. Meetup times are offered around your shift, and never inside it. On a hitch, set "On hitch until" and nothing new starts until you're back.

When a good one exists, it appears right away. If none clears the bar yet, the app says so honestly and shows about how many members fit your picks. Adding references or a section helps.

Two business days. Weekends pause the clock. Each side can ask for 2 more days once per match.
