What we match on
Five things decide a match. None of them is your photo.
Every card shows one label for each category, from Perfect match to Big differences. No percentages and no scores, and no category narrow enough to give away a single answer.

The five categories
Direction
Where you're headed in the next 3 to 5 years, what you're building toward, growth or stability, how long you'd like to stay. In hiring, against where the role leads and what the team values.
How you'd work together
Feedback, autonomy, check-ins, pace, how you handle mistakes. In hiring and mentoring, how one side likes to be managed against how the other manages. More
Expertise
Your occupation, how related your work is, the skills you checked and how deep they go, licenses, story-arc choices and what references confirm.
Work personality
Seven work traits: curiosity, follow-through, planning, energy with people, directness, team, steadiness. Asked through work scenarios and paired statements, never as a self-rating.
Practical fit
Schedule, work setting, perks, pay ranges, and how you use technology and AI at work. Pay is folded in here so it never shows on its own.
How much each answer matters is up to you
Under any answer, you can say how much it matters (doesn't matter, a little, somewhat, very) and what you'd like from the other side, if it's different from your own answer. Matching weighs each pair of answers by how much both people said it matters.
There are no dealbreakers on personality answers: a work-style answer can lower a match but never rule someone out. Dealbreakers stay where they make sense: pay, schedule, where you work, and the perks you can't do without.
Some things are filters, not preferences: your city (or travel dates), a shared language, licenses the law requires, and pay ranges that are close. Everything else ranks.
Work types
Finishing the questionnaire unlocks a named work type, built on the Big Five. It's for self-insight and a card you can share. Matching uses your individual answers, never the label.

Never used
No protected trait, age, gender or photo is in the model. Degrees are never scored. Disability is never asked; accommodation taps are stored without a reason. Questions about stress or mood outside work aren't asked, and nothing reads as a medical exam.
Your commute is shown only to you and is never a filter or a score.
