What you get
Licenses checked first
RN, LVN, PT, respiratory, radiologic, dental hygiene, EMT and paramedic slots need the license the law requires; a multistate compact RN or LVN license counts in Texas. Verified badges show when a member had it checked (nursing through Nursys; the Medical Board, DSHS and others).
Background checks after an offer
Only after you mark an offer made, only if the candidate accepts, and only where the law allows. You and the candidate get the report from Checkr; we never see it.
Meet on a facility tour
Meet the candidate on a short tour of your facility, or for a coffee nearby before or after their shift.
Matched on shifts
Post the unit's shifts (3 x 12s, nights, every other weekend, PRN) with any differentials; candidates who said "only days" never see a nights role, and pay is compared over the real hours.
Drug tests and physicals
Drug tests, physicals and registry checks are part of the employer's own hiring process after an offer. The app doesn't run or store them.
No health questions

When do we pay?
Only when a hire is confirmed: 1% of the public typical salary for the role in your state, ending in 9 (prorated by expected hours for part-time and PRN roles), refunded if they leave within 30 days. A card on file is needed to publish; nothing is charged before a hire.
Can we require a license?
Yes. Licenses the law requires for the role are hard requirements, and candidates in licensed roles commit with the license and its number. Nothing else filters.
Can we run a background check?
Yes, after you mark an offer made, if the candidate accepts in the app and where the law allows. It runs through Checkr and is charged to your card: Basic $49.99, Essential $79.99, Complete $114.99.
