Veterans: matched on what you can do, not how a résumé translates it.
Military occupations are in the picker, so you can name what you did. Pick "Changing fields" and you're matched on the civilian role you want.
How it works
No résumé to translate
A tap-only questionnaire, work stories and vouches from people you served with replace the résumé.
Degree never scored
Skills, stories and vouches carry the weight. Schooling stays hidden until after you've met.
Mentoring from veterans
Veterans who made the move to a civilian field mentor people making it now. Free.
