Privacy
Your privacy, in plain language
This is a summary. The full privacy policy will be posted here before launch.
What we collect
Your Apple or Google sign-in: an account ID and an email address (Apple lets you hide your real email). Your username, birthdate, gender, who you'd like to meet, and the metro area you choose. Your answers to our questions. Your matches, plans and private reviews. Safety reports you make or that name you.
Sensitive information
Some answers are sensitive, like your faith or how you were raised. We ask for your consent on its own screen before any questions, we use them only to find your matches, and we store them encrypted. We don't ask for your address or ZIP code, and we never track where you are: you choose a metro area, and that's all we know about where you live.
What other members see
Your username, age, avatar or verified photo (with the date it was taken), your metro area, what you're hoping for, and fit labels by topic. Never your answers, unless you choose to share up to three after you both decide to meet.
What we never do
We never sell your information, show ads, or share your answers for AI training.
Who helps us run the app
A database and sign-in provider, Apple and Google for signing in, Stripe for payments, an ID-verification provider, and a background-check provider if you choose a check. Each may use your information only to provide that service.
Deleting your account
Settings, then Delete my account. It's permanent and immediate. We keep safety reports, with the usernames in them, to protect other members.
