How it works
One question to ask
You each get a different personal question, such as "What's a risk you took that you're glad you did?" It's never one you've had before.
See it in advance
Your question appears in the plan ahead of time, so you can think it over. There's no skip.
Who asks first?
That's up to the two of you. Working it out is part of the fun.
One choice together
Something small to agree on, like one food to try that neither of you has had, or a team name. It doesn't have to be the best. The choosing is the point.

Questions go a little deeper with each side-by-side you share.

They see it when you ask it. Each of you only sees your own ahead of time.
Is there a right answer?
No. Answer as much or as little as you like.
What happens afterward?
The private review asks who asked first and whether you agreed on your choice.
